Privacy

This site sets no cookies for visitors, runs no analytics or advertising, has no accounts, and stores nothing in your browser. Its fonts and images are served from this domain, so a visit makes no request to anyone else.

The one cookie it ever sets belongs to the site’s owner: signing in to a private page sets a single cookie that keeps the owner signed in, for that page only, and that page remembers the owner’s light or dark setting in their browser. No visitor is ever given either. A wrong password typed there is counted against a scrambled form of the IP address it came from, which can’t be turned back into the address, so that five wrong guesses in a day close signing in to that connection for 24 hours. The count is deleted after a day.

For visitors, the contact form is the one thing that sends anything. What you type goes to this site’s server, is handed to Resend to deliver as an email, and is not stored here. Your address is used to reply to you and nothing else. It is never added to a list, because there is no list.

It is hosted on Vercel, which receives the ordinary details of each request — such as your IP address and browser — in order to deliver the page, as any web host does.

If you email michael@iameasytouse.com, the message is used to reply to you and for nothing else. It is not sold or shared.
